Q: How does my  Relay service charge appear on my billing statement from my bank?

A: It shows up as a charge from Republic Wireless

Q: What Is the Monthly Charge for Using Relay? 

A: $9.99/month (plus taxes) per Relay.

Q: Does Relay Offer International Service?

A: No. Relay service is only available within the U.S currently and will only function over cellular while in the US.

Q: Is Financing Available for Relay?

A: No.  We do not offer financing for Relay purchases

Q: Can I Place My Relay Account on Hold When I'm Not Using It?

A:  No.  We do not have the ability to hold or pause service or billing. 

Q: What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?

A: Relay accepts the following:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • Discover credit and debit cards

  • All other forms of payment including prepaid,/re-loadable credit cards or gift cards are NOT accepted at this time.

Q: Does Relay Have Coverage in Alaska and Hawaii?

A:  Yes.  However, we will not ship there. 

Q: When do you charge my card for a Relay order?

A: Payment is attempted for in-stock Relays and accessories the day you place your order with us. If a Relay and/or accessory is on back order, payment will be          attempted when the item is in stock. On that day, you'll be charged the price of the    ordered items, taxes, and a non-refundable shipping fee.

Q: When do you charge my card for a Relay service?

A: On the day you activate a Relay, you’ll be charged your first monthly service          charge (plus taxes and surcharges) to the credit card we have on file for your              account. This amount will be prorated from the day you activate your Relay to your  next scheduled bill cycle date.

Recurring Monthly Service Charges

On your scheduled bill cycle date each month, you will be billed for the active               Relay(s) on your account.

Q: How Are Taxes Applied Towards Relay Service?

A: We apply taxes, surcharges, and government fees based on rates determined by    federal, state, and local laws. 

*Taxes, surcharges and government fees can vary from state to state, county to            county and city to city. That being the case, we are unfortunately unable to offer an  exhaustive list of all taxes, surcharges, and fees that may be included in a                    member’s monthly service bill.

Q: Can I Prepay for My Service?

A: No. Prepay service is no longer available 

Q: Can I Decide on a Monthly Basis If I Want It to Be Activated for    That Month?

A: Yes. You can cancel your Relay service by contacting the Relay support team to        process a service cancellation.  If you wish to re-use your Relays after cancelling           service, simply reach out to the Relay support team and we will assist with re-               activating your Relay

Q: Where can I see my Relay account information?

A: You can login to your Relay account by visiting www.relaypro.com/families and clicking on the Account link in the top right corner of the page. User your login credentials to access your billing and payment information along with your device and order history.
