It has been our absolute privilege to serve Relay families for over 6 years, offering a screen-free alternative solution that keeps communication simple. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our Relay for Families offering effective September 15, 2024. 

We understand that this may come as disappointing news, but we also want to ensure you have ample time to find an alternative solution that best suits your future needs. 

Effective on September 15th, 2024, the Relay for Families app, your Relays, and the Relay for Families Account Portal will no longer be operational.  We have consolidated a list of non-affiliated alternative solutions on our webpage for your convenience. 

Over the coming months, we will be providing regular reminders and our customer support team will continue to be available to assist you with any questions you may have during this period.

If you’d like to end your service prior to September 15th, you can do so by going to your account portal and canceling service for each active Relay on your account.
